Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in the rental amount. Collision damage waiver reduces the customer's damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW depends upon the category of a car:

The maximum excess amount for mini, economy, standard (4-5 door) and standard Wagon groups is EUR 1000.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate elite SUV and intermediate SUV groups is EUR 2500.
The maximum excess amount for full-size SUV, full-size Van, standard SUV, standard elite SUV, standard elite Van and premium (4-5 door, automatic, Petrol with Air) vehicle groups is EUR 3000.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate (4-5 door), intermediate crossover, intermediate elite crossover, full-size (4-5 door), standard Van, premium (4-5 door, automatic, Diesel with Air), luxury (4-5 door) and luxury crossover vehicle groups is EUR 5000.

Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in the rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible amount.
The excess amount for THW depends upon the category of a car:

The maximum excess amount for mini, economy, standard (4-5 door) and standard Wagon groups is EUR 1000.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate elite SUV and intermediate SUV groups is EUR 2500.
The maximum excess amount for full-size SUV, full-size Van, standard SUV, standard elite SUV, standard elite Van and premium (4-5 door, automatic, Petrol with Air) vehicle groups is EUR 3000.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate (4-5 door), intermediate crossover, intermediate elite crossover, full-size (4-5 door), standard Van, premium (4-5 door, automatic, Diesel with Air), luxury (4-5 door) and luxury crossover vehicle groups is EUR 5000.

Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in the rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages.

Please Note: 1. Police report is mandatory, in case of an accident / damage or theft. Without police report insurance is not valid. The customer must immediately inform the rental desk about the incident.
2. Renter must present the vehicle keys and documents to the rental company (Finalrentals) to qualify for coverage, otherwise the insurance will be invalidated and the renter will be liable for the full amount due to the loss of vehicle. In the event of any damage to the vehicle for theft reasons, the insurance does not cover the renter.
3. Any damage due to driver negligence or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other controlled substances is not covered by insurance.
4. Insurance doesn’t cover Windows and mirrors, wheels and tire, undercarriage, engine, the car’s interior, personal belongings, lost keys, extras such as GPS or child seats.

Transferable Insurance 
Supplier (FinalRentals) doesn’t accept any Credit card or Third Party Insurances, in case of damage customers will be liable to pay the damage up to the excess amount and they can claim back from their own insurance.

Please note: In case of any scratch or damage police report is mandatory, if you fail to provide the police report, the damage amount can exceed the excess limit.

Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.

The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which are as follows:

EUR 12 per day - For mini, economy (4-5 door, manual) and standard (4-5 door, automatic) vehicle groups.
EUR 17 per day - For standard (4-5 door, manual) vehicle groups.
EUR 22 per day - For economy (4-5 door, automatic), intermediate SUV, intermediate elite SUV and standard Wagon groups.
EUR 56 per day - For intermediate (4-5 door), intermediate crossover, intermediate elite crossover, full-size, standard UV, standard elite, premium and luxury vehicle groups.
EUR 83 per day - For standard Van groups.

Police report is mandatory in case of any damage.
If customer purchases SCDW, then deposit is not required.
It does not cover tires, windshield, Underside part of the vehicle is not covered.

Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information, please check at the rental desk.

Driver’s Age
The minimum drivers age is 20 years and the maximum drivers age is 70 years.

Driver’s License
Drivers must have held a full license for a minimum of 2 years. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at the time of pick up.
Customers can drive on their domestic license. The license should be valid.
Expired driving license are not accepted.Each Additional Driver must meet the driving license criteria.The following documents are mandatory to present at the time of vehicle pick up: ID card, Valid Driver's license and Credit card.
Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation.

Fees
Airport surcharge is included in the rental amount.

Other fees:
1. You are responsible for the cost of any traffic violations, parking fines and other penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is contracted to you. The rental office will pass the relevant charges on to you plus any administrative expenses (if applicable).
2. If the vehicle documents are lost, an additional charge of EUR 200 will apply.

Early Returns/Unused Rental Days
No refunds (partial or full) will be given for rentals ended early including the purchase of ancillary items, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date.

Breakdown Assistance
Breakdown assistance is available free of charge. It does not cover tyre change. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.

Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with the same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged in addition to a refueling charge on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at the rental counter.

Mileage
Unlimited Mileage

Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is allowed.

It is allowed to travel into Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia for an additional charge of EUR 40 per country. This charge will apply if the customer wants to travel to only one country.

If customer wants to travel into multiple countries, then, an additional charge of EUR 30 per country will apply. Please check at the rental desk for more information.

In the event that Cross Border and Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity and will be charged plenty of up to total value of the vehicle.

Ferry Travel
Taking the rented vehicle on ferry is not allowed.

One Way Rentals
One-way rentals are available and additional charges will apply. Please check at the rental desk for more information.

Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price and in the additional services.

Payment Methods and Deposit
Only Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted and the card must be on main renters name while paying at the rental desk.

American Express credit cards are also accepted, but 8% additional charge on the total rental amount will apply.

Cash payments are also accepted.

Deposit
Credit cards are mandatory for deposit.
A refundable deposit varying from EUR 200 to EUR 1000 (depending upon the vehicle group) will be held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned.

Deposit will be released after 5 days from the date of vehicle return.

Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is available inside Sarajevo for an additional charge of EUR per service.

Delivery and collection service outside Sarajevo is available for an additional charge of EUR 1 per km plus EUR 20 per service.

Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available for an additional charge of EUR 20 per service.

Extras

Confirmation of Special Equipments depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
